• 近30年分子诊断经验；胚胎植入前遗传学诊断20年经验。于1998年加入澳洲雪梨试管婴儿中心并成立胚胎基因测试计划，担任分子生物学总监逾10年，致力于简化检测设置及应用。

• 于2009年为非整倍体检测（Aneuploidy Testing）导入微阵列分析（Microarray Analysis）；于2011/12年度开创应用次世代定序（NGS）于检测当中。为PGD应用替胚胎施行活检及基因分析。自2008年起，于PGDIS工作坊及其他场合教授心得。

Don在分子诊断领域工作超过25年，特别是在PGD应用领域工作了19年。

　　他于1998年加入悉尼IVF(现称Genea)，并建立了胚胎基因检测计划。

　　2009年，他介绍了非整倍体检测的微阵列分析，并在2011/12年度启动了NGS应用。

　　Don非常善于动手，为PGD应用进行了胚胎活检和遗传分析，自2008年以来，他一直在PGDIS研讨会和其他场所进行过授课。

　　Don has been working in molecular diagnostics for over 25 years and specifically in PGD applications for the last 19 years.

　　He joined Sydney IVF(now called Genea) in 1998 and established the em bryo gene testing program.

　　In 2009 he introduced microarray analysis for aneuploidy testing and in 2011/12 intiated NGS applications.

　　Very much a hands on person ,Don performed both the embryo biopsy and genetic analyses for PGD applications and has taught both for the PGDIS workshop and in other venues since 2008.
